  $17.95 for an open faced prawn sandwich with... Undercooked prawns, soggy old tomato, gritty lettuce and a wafer thin piece of bread with a miniscule bit of butter. Wiping the table seemed an effort and when another Customer tripped and almost went for a massive spill... Nothing. Not even a 'Are you ok?' Yeah, not coming back.

  Red velvet cheese cake was so delicious! My kid ordered Gnocchi school holidays special for $5. Good portion size and tasty. Service was great too.

  Had coffee and cake after a movie on a Sunday. Thought I would try their special coffee and cake and wife had a vanilla slice. The vanilla slice was nice. The cake special was like a chocolate gateau but the serving was absolutely tiny. I don’t think I have ever seen a cake serving so small. The coffee was just ok. The young server spilled coffee all over the plate when arrived and just carried on and said nothing as if that was normal and acceptable. Had to say something then she did ask if I wanted a replacement but I don’t like waste so just asked for napkins to mop up the spill. Disappointed.

  Would be nice if they could clean their dishes properly. We've always enjoyed our time here but this was a big disappointment. The ice chocolate was shockingly mediocre for a big cafe. Food came in burnt and the pancakes were decent hence the 2 star rating. Not coming here again.
  
  Edit: Lowered it to 1 star... for a $42 meal you'd think the food would be actually hot and edible. The waiter also put my spoon on the table instead of inside the glass. Don't come here if you value hygiene!!!

  Best service from a cafe EVER! We had lunch yesterday with our two grand daughters. April at the till was so bubbly & treated each customer with such professionalism. The rest of the staff were very friendly & efficient too.
  Colouring pencils & sheets for the kids along with a gingerbread biscuit & toy car with their lunch.
  Our 2 year old spilled her milkshake & April was there in an instant with a mop to clean up & brought a replacement milkshake.
  Other places could learn a thing or two about good customer service from Miss Maude Karrinyup

  Paid $23 and was not allowed to eat in there own table because I paid on take away counter. Who knows what counter is used for. It is all belongs Miss Mauds. And asked to leave the din-in area which is so embarrassing. If you paid $5 din-in coffee you can seat but you can not sit if you pai $23 in different counter. It is disgusting!

  Terrible. They were closing at 4pm and rushed us out. The cake was dry and not fresh. Won't be returning.
  One positive was the kids milkshakes they were generous for the price.

  To the brown haired beauty, you’re the only reason i ordered a coffee...tempted to ask for your number but girls like you pick and choose your guys since you’re stunning and you can get anyone you want :( welp... I wish you the best in life... without me :(
