  Cannot recommend this medical practice enough. From reception staff, nurses, doctors and even the blood collector, all are friendly and know their jobs very well. We drive from Safety Bay to see our doctor there - been with this particular doctor 8 years and he is brilliant. The practice has numerous doctors, blood testing on site etc; psychologist, pharmacy. Their hours are pretty good as well.

  Nurse Alyssa went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced recently. I’d booked in for a procedure, but she wasn’t able to proceed without more evidence. She completed her due diligence, followed up blood work from two different labs, spoke with a doctor and then confirmed it was ok to proceed. She completed the appointment as scheduled. So appreciative that she made the effort instead of cancelling an appointment which is what most would have done. Thank you Alyssa!

  Booked a double appointment but was only in there for 10 minutes. Told him my ear was blocked and got given some product that has since made the problem worse. Requested a mental health care plan, wasn’t asked any questions but was handed some paperwork that was incomplete. I had the feeling that I was being rushed out the door as soon as possible and then got charged for the full appointment. The worst GP experiences I’ve ever had have both happened with this practice.

  Please don’t go to this clinic! Terrible doctors and terrible service!
  
  We came to this clinic on the weekend, so we had to pay for a visit even it was for a child under 4 years old. First of all - we had to BUY face masks whereas in all other medical centres I’ve been to, you can always get a mask for free.
  Then doctor made a WRONG diagnosis, prescribed a WRONG TREATMENT, so it made my son feel even worse and we had to drive to emergency in the evening! And of course we paid for this terrible service in full and were told that they would put through a claim for us so we will get a Medicare rebate. After a month of not getting our rebate, we rang them and we were told that IN SOME REASON it didn’t come through so we have to claim it ourselves. It means they didn’t even bother to give us a call when they saw that the claim didn’t go through, so they simply don’t care.
  
  When I was booking an appointment with this clinic on that weekend, I was a little bit surprised that I managed to find a time slot so easily. Now I am not surprised why they have lots of slots available, because no one wants to go there and get such a terrible service.
  Please find another clinic or go straight to emergency without wasting your time and money!

  I've been seeing their doctors and nurses for many years. Doctors and receptionists are friendly and skilled and I thank them for their great service. Waiting times vary from short to 40+ minutes. There is room for improvement. A quick text message half an hour before the appointment time telling me to expect a delay would help a lot.
